Leadership that starts with who you are
More about me!
With over two decades of corporate experience—including work with private, public, and Fortune 500 companies—I’ve seen firsthand what sets impactful leaders apart. I’ve built and led talent, HR, and leadership strategies across industries, and today I bring that depth to my work as a leadership coach, facilitator, and team strategist.
I created this practice to support leaders and teams who want to lead with intention, empathy, and trust—especially in today’s fast-moving, high-pressure world. My approach is heart-centered and grounded in powerful tools like MBTI, Hogan, HeartMath, and Energy Leadership.
What I believe:
Authentic leadership starts from the inside out
Trust and emotional intelligence are the backbone of high-performing teams
When you align with who you are, you unlock your boldest leadership

When leaders connect to their inner intelligence, they don’t just lead—they inspire trust, ignite teams, and create lasting impact.
My Approach & Credentials
I’m professionally trained, experienced and certified in a variety of evidence-based tools that support deep insight, behavior change, and team transformation, including:
Associate Certified Coach (ACC) – International Coaching Federation
Energy Leadership™ Master Practitioner (ELI-MP)
MBTI® Certified Practitioner
Hogan Assessments Certified
HeartMath® Certified Building Personal Resilience Mentor

I bring these tools into our work only when it adds value—never for the sake of ticking boxes. My goal is always to create a space where leaders and teams can tap into their inner intelligence and show up with more intention, empathy, and trust.
